Gov. Lacson conducts aerial inspection in South

Gov. Eugenio Lacson together with officers from the Philippine Army flew to southern for an aerial ocular inspection.

With him is 303rd Brigade Commander Gen. Pasaporte and Major Gen. Arevalo of the 3rd Infantry Division.
