The Ayala-led telecommunications company, Globe, has been recognized as a Leading Employer for 2025, placing it among the Top 1 percent of companies worldwide for excellence in workplace culture, employee experience, and people-first practices.
This recognition comes from independent research by the Institute of Research and Data Aggregation after they benchmarked thousands of employers globally, assessing metrics like organizational reputation, employee satisfaction, HR policies, talent development, and employer brand attractiveness.
“This honor affirms the strength of our vision and our commitment to creating an inclusive culture with meaningful support and initiatives that enable our people to grow and succeed,” said Renato Jiao, Globe Chief Human Resource Officer. “It validates what we’ve long believed internally—Globe is a place where people thrive because they’re recognized, uplifted, and empowered.”
One of the factor in this achievement is our Create Everyday Possibilities Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Globe said in a statement. This guiding framework emphasizes holistic talent development, inclusive leadership, and work-life integration, setting a global benchmark for progressive people practices.
“Being named a Leading Employer is more than just a milestone,” added Globe President and CEO Carl Cruz. “It reflects the culture we’ve intentionally built: one that prioritizes well-being, embraces diversity, and empowers our people to innovate, lead, and serve with purpose.”
