Globe offers better connectivity according to Ookla

Globe continues to improve its network performance, according to Ookla®’s Q4 2021 data where it registered a 51% improvement on download speeds and 24% on upload speeds, versus its Q1 2021 performance.

Globe mobile network improves on all Ookla metrics

In a statement Globe attributed the success to its aggressive upgrades of its network capabilities. 

Globe’s consistency score has also steadily grown, demonstrating significant improvements from 70.59 in Q1 2021 to 78.82 in Q4 2021, at par with global benchmarks. The Globe mobile network posted consistent quarterly improvements on average download and upload speeds, consistency score, and speed score.

On Speed Score™, Globe had a significant boost from 12.27 in Q1 2021 to 18.51 in Q4 2021. Globe successfully exhibits consistent improvements on both consistency and Speed Scores ™ quarter-on-quarter.
