The Ayala-led FinTech company, Gcash, said its mobile application is now up and running after it went offline yesterday, January 11.
The fintech company said services were resumed at 9:30 PM last night and assured their customers that all funds are safe. It did not mention though the reason behind the service disruption that caused inconvenience to their users.
Gcash users turned to social media yesterday after they had experienced errors in Express Send and GSave Withdrawal services.
Gcash advised their customers to restart the mobile app to continue enjoying their services.
