Flights to and from Clark to resume soon

Negrenses will soon have a more convenient travel option between Bacolod City and Clark in Pampanga with the return of air travel between the 2 destinations.

Provincial Administrator lawyer Rayfrando Diaz said it won’t be long before the Clark-Bacolod flights resume. Prior to the pandemic, the Bacolod Airport has been serving red eye flights to Clark.

With the anticipated resumption of direct flights to Clark, travelers will enjoy a seamless one-stop journey from Bacolod to Seoul, Busan, and Hong Kong.

The Philippine Airlines is currently connecting the Clark International Airport to Seoul, Busan, and Hong Kong.

Meanwhile, Cebu Pacific announced that it has resumed direct flights between Bacolod and Davao, with a thrice a week flights, allowing travelers to reach the southern part of the country in just 50 minutes.

Cebu Pacific has scheduled flights from Bacolod to Davao every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, departing Bacolod-Silay Airport at 8:10PM, with a same day return leaving Davao at 6:25PM. Fare starts at P1,800.

Diaz said with the increase of travel arrivals in the province they expect more flights will be made available at Bacolod-Silay Airport. At present flights, there is about 8 flights connecting Bacolod and Manila, while the Bacolod-Cebu flights was now increase to 2.
