The family of Ysabelle Aira Thomas Asis is desperately appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the driver responsible for a severe hit-and-run incident in Bacolod City.
A plea has been issued to help identify the driver and owner of a black or brown car involved in a severe hit-and-run incident resulting in a amputation of the victim’s foot.
The incident which took place along Gatuslao Street in Bacolod City in the early morning of June 16 was captured on the CCTV, however, due to the speed of the vehicle the car’s color and plate was not captured clearly.
The family is seeking for help of anyone has any information regarding the driver or the vehicle involved, to please come forward.
