The Bacolod Emergency Operations Center suggested that big gatherings this Christmas season be done outdoor.

EOC executive chair Em Ang said that they are encouraging holding of Christmas parties in outdoor venues as part of the minimum health requirement to avoid spike in COVID-19 cases.

When events are done outdoors Ang stressed that this can help avoid the so-called “Three Cs”, closed spaces, crowded places, and close contact settings.
