The Emergency Operations Center is looking into the alleged violations of an event organizer who hosted a pre-Valentine concert in Marketplace, just stone away from the Bacolod City Government Center.

In an interview, Dr. Chris Sorongon, deputy medical officer of the EOC, said that per their verification with the Business Permits and Licensing Office no special permit was granted to organize such event.

The city hall has already reached out to the operator of Marketplace to validate the activity.

Meanwhile, the Department of Health in its latest COVID-19 case monitoring reported a total of 4 new cases in Bacolod, with 74 new cases, 5 new recoveries, and zero new death.
