The Department of Transportation has partnered with Vallacar Transit, the operator of Ceres Liner, to offer a free ride to Authorized Persons Outside of Residents around Negros Occidental and Bacolod City up to June 30.
The free ride in Bacolod covers Bata Sawmill, Riverside Hospital, Doctor’s Hospital, Regional Hospital, and Bacolod Public Plaza. Trip starts from 6AM up to 10PM.
