The Philippine Coast Guard District Western Visayas personnel load relief supplies to the BRP Nueva Vizcaya (SARV-3502) at the Muelle Loney Port at Iloilo City.
The ship departed at around 4:30 a.m. today, December 19, and is now enroute to Sipalay City in Negros Occidental to further augment relief efforts in southern Negros.
