With the major upgrade, CIMB said it aims to give our customers a fast, easy, secure, and convenient way to access banking products through an improved digital banking experience. Among the new feature is the addition of fast and seamless instant fund transfer through Instapay. Currently, fund transfer service is being implemented through PESONet.

It will also provide its clients with a more interactive dashboard, and more billers aside from the existing transactions through PESONet, 7-Eleven, and Dragonpay.
As it transition to the new mobile app, CIMB advised its clients to make sure that their mobile number and email address are up to date so they can receive OTP and email notifications when they need to move to the all-new CIMB Bank PH app.
