The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. announces today, September 7, a scheduled power interruption on September 11 due to a maintenance activities that they will undertake.
The activity according to CENECO will result to the shutting down of Alijis Feeder 3 (AF3). It will also conducts repair of oil leakage from offload tap changer of 30MVA power transformer and repair hotspot at Murcia substation, Bangga Puyas, municipality of Murcia; and the replacement of rotten poles and line clearing covering MUF1 and MUF2
The power interruption will run for an hour from 6am to 7am and another round from 3pm to 4pm. Below are the areas that will be affected.

NGCP Outage
Meanwhile, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) will shutdown its 100MVA Power Transformer No. 1 at Bacolod substation on September 12, Sunday from 6am to 6pm. This is to avoid overloading of the remaining 100MVA Power Transformer Number 2, that covers CENECO’s Alijis, Murcia, Sum-ag and Lag-asan substations.
