Central Negros Electric Cooperative (CENECO) has announced that there will be power interruptions on April 29 and 30.
The scheduled maintenance activities aim to ensure the stability of distribution lines and prevent major interruptions in the future.
On April 29, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., preventive maintenance of the 30MVA Alijis Substation and related accessories for safety and reliability, replacement of primary distribution rotten poles for safety, and tree clearing activities will take place.
Alijis Road and surrounding areas will be affected by the power outage.
On April 30, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., preventive maintenance of Burgos Substation and related accessories for safety and reliability, replacement of primary rotten poles for safety and reliability, and tree clearing activities will be conducted, affecting Villa Homes, Buena Park, Glenwood Subd., Villa Angela, Villa Angela Relocation Site, Regent Pearl, and other areas.
