A twenty-eight years old accountant and his 23-year-old passenger was killed in a road accident when their vehicle crashed into a cargo truck at Osmeña Avenue, Hacienda Newton Jison, Brgy. 13 in Victorias City, afternoon of April 18.
Declared dead on arrival at the Victorias City Emergency Center were Alejandre Brotario of Roxas City, Capiz, and his passenger, Queenie Rocaberte. Both sustained fatal wounds.
The 2 were on board a sedan, driven by Brotario, when it swerved from its lane to another and collided head-on to a cargo truck driven by Juanito Panes. Police said that Brotario may have lost control of the vehicle causing it to veered and hit the truck.
