Bacolod ready for booster jabs to 12K health workers

The Bacolod City COVID-19 Vaccination Council (COVAC) is ready to provide booster shots against COVID-19 to at least 12,000 healthcare professionals according to Emergency Operations Center Executive Director Em Ang.

In an advisory the Department of Health said that fully vaccinated healthcare workers are now eligible for booster shots starting today, November 17.

To avail of the booster shot, healthcare workers, must have completed their primary series or six months after getting the second dose.

The health bureau said they can be inoculated with the following brands regardless of which vaccines taken in the first two doses:
