Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo “Albee” Benitez will be hosting the biggest wedding in the city on Valentine’s Day.
In an announcement on Facebook, the Bacolod City Public Information Office said the mayor targets to we officiated the wedding of 2,023 couples during during a mass wedding dubbed as “OFFICIALLY YOU & ME SA ’23 WITH MAYOR ALBEE”.
For couples who are interested to join the mass wedding, they may visit their respective barangays for listing.
On the other hand, for couples who have lived together of less than 5 years, and wish to get married, they may visit the Office of the City Civil Registrar (OCCR) and apply for a marriage license in order to be included on the mass wedding.
Dealine for Mass Wedding application will be on January 15, 2023.
The Mass Wedding 2023 will be held Bacolod City Government Center grounds at 3PM on Feb. 14.
