Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez has expressed his disappointment over the delayed flight he was on board Cebu Pacific on Thursday evening.
In a Facebook post, Benitez said that he was disappointed at the handling of their Cebu Pacific flight that was delayed for several hours.
He cited poor information dissemination, uncooperative staff, and airport monitors that showed different departure times and gate assignments as some of the reasons for his disappointment.
“Our carriers should be more considerate of their passengers and handling of information about the flight should be of utmost priority,” Benitez said. “People left hanging is the worst.”
Cebu Pacific has yet to issue a statement regarding Benitez’s complaint
