Bacolod malls, cinemas, theme parks reopen to minors today

After nearly 20 months of being barred from entering malls and theme parks, minors in Bacolod City are officially allowed to enter these facilities today, November 15.

This after the National Inter-Agency Task Force lowered down the COVID-19 Alert Level status of Bacolod to Alert Level 2 after being on the second highest alert status in the last 2 weeks. Cinemas are re-opening too.

Under the new alert system, selling of liquor, wine, beer or any alcoholic or intoxicating beverage in public places and the selling and/or consumption of such alcoholic beverages in authorized public places will also be allowed from 12:00 noon to 10:00 P.M.

For the period under the Level 2 Alert System, daily curfew hours has also been shortened from 11:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M..

The government has also approved the resumption of up to 50% capacity of meeting venues, dine-in services and religious aactivities.
