As of 10:00am, the Central Negros Electric Cooperative is still experiencing a total blackout.
CENECO is currently on the process of troubleshooting the three 69kV transmission lines, surveying toppled down poles and damaged distribution lines/wires.
These power restoration activities are estimated to be completed within 2-3 days.
