Twenty-three numbered barangays in Bacolod City, including those situated in the city proper recorded zero cases of the deadly corona disease as of November 10, the Bacolod City Public Information Office said.

The city also recorded only 14 new COVID-19 cases and registered 33 recoveries as of 7:40 p.m. of Tuesday, Nov. 9, data from the Department of Health showed.
Brgy. Punta Taytay meanwhile recorded only one active cases from October 28 up until today.
Executive Director Em Legaspi-Ang of the Bacolod Emergency Operations Center-Task Force also disclosed that 42 percent of the target popupation is fully-vaccinated and 45 percent received one dose.
Totally, she explained, 87 percent of EOC-TF and CoVAC’s target population for vaccination has received at least one dose.
