According to the City Legal Office Enforcement Unit head Rey Demisana, the 15 establishments were ordered closed today, October 3, after they failed to settle their outstanding arears after the city has set the September 30 deadline.

Following the closure, only 3 stalls are now operating at the Manokan Country, without any pending liabilities from the city, and with complete documents to operate.

Most of the stalls that were order closed failed to pay their monthly rental to the local government for years and have accumulated it to almost P600,000. The rental was at P2,800 per month.
